The first new regions where Tinkoff Mobile will start working are the republics of Adygeya and Mari El, and the Krasnodar and Volgograd regions. SIM cards can be delivered with a courier or purchased at the operator’s stores and outlets of retailer Svyaznoy.

Tinkoff Mobile General Director Georgy Chesakov said that there was a technical opportunity to quickly start working in these regions. The amount of investments was not disclosed.

The MVNO intends to work in more than 60 out of the country’s 85 regions by the end of 2018.
